stanbabe@mac.com | Dear Hey Abbott and EWA, That same radio broadcast..where Bud Abbott tell the listening and studio audience at NBC radio in Hollywood,Cal. of the untimely death of Lou Costello,Jr.("Little Butch")eariler that day. That same radio transcript was played on an "E TV news report" years ago. It was probably around the time of Lou's 100th Birthday. I'm not sure..But I do recall E TV playing that transcript on that news report. Kevin S.Butler The Reporter P.S. I was not able to record that show..so I don't have a VHS dub ..I'm sorry. |
